BEING TAKEN UP INTO HEAVEN
NOTE: All Biblical quotes are from the Lamsa translation of the Bible, from the Aramaic of the Peshitta. I consider it the most accurate translation available. I say more about at the bottom of the Closing Thoughts page at the end of this article.

Throughout the OT material, the Hosts often speak about the concept of being lifted into a different frequency band, one which is not visible with 3D physical senses or scientific instruments. To those who are not in that higher frequency band, it would seem as if we had disappeared.

Genesis 5:24 And Enoch found favor in the presence of God, and disappeared, for God took him.

note how he is becoming transparent
This is what is commonly understood as having “ascended” to that higher plane. In the Bible, that higher plane is referred to as “heaven.” The Hosts have also said that those of us on the ground have come down from a higher level to be here at this time and we will return to our former identities when it’s time for us to do that (see “The Process”  and “About Vision” for more detail on this subject). The Bible confirms this, also:

John 3:13 No man has ascended to heaven except him who came down from heaven, even the Son of man who is in heaven.

Enoch was not the only one that God “took.” Elijah was also taken up — in a whirlwind, preceded by a fiery chariot, drawn by fiery horses:

2 Kings 2:1 And it came to pass, when the Lord was about to take Elijah up to heaven by a whirlwind … 11 And it came to pass, as they still went on and talked, behold there appeared a chariot of fire and horses of fire, and separated the two and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
Elijah is usually depicted as being taken up via a fiery chariot,
but Duncan Long has correctly portrayed him as going up by a whirlwind.

These references to whirlwinds and chariots also appear in Isaiah and Jeremiah. Jeremiah also tells us that the Lord will come up “as clouds.” This reference to the Lord coming up "as clouds" will become more significant in the next two pages of this article.:

Isaiah 66:15 For, behold, the Lord will come with fire and with his chariot like a whirlwind …

Jeremiah 4:13 Behold, he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots shall be as a whirlwind; his horses are swifter than eagles.

When I had my 1987 experience of being shown a whirlwind, I was told to go home and read the book of Ezekiel to understand more. This is the relevant verse:

Ezekiel 1:4 And I looked, and behold, a whirlwind was coming out of the north, a great cloud, and a flaming fire and a brightness was round about it, and out of the midst of it there came as it were a figure out of the midst of the fire.
This a depiction of Ezekiel 1:4 by artist David A. Hardy (astroart.com).
The mothership at the top is very much like the HUGE ship I saw
over the valley where I was camped during the summer of 1997.
Psalms 104:2-4 describes God as being covered with light as with a garment, making the clouds his chariots, and his ministers a flaming fire. These allusions become more significant when we take a closer look at what the Israelites experienced during their exodus from Egypt and the 40 years of their wandering in the wilderness before entering "the promised land," which I discuss on the next page of this article.

Finally, in 2 Kings 6:14-17, we read about how the king of Aram was warring against Israel and sent horsemen and chariots and a great army to surround the city of Dothan, so that he could capture Elisha, who was warning the king of Israel about the actions of the Aramite king. When Elisha's servant arose early and went outside, he saw an army surrounded the city with both horses and chariots. He said, "Alas, my master! What shall we do?"

Elisha replied, "Fear not; for those who are with us are more than those who are with them."

Elisha then prayed, "O Lord, open his eyes that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man [the servant]; and he saw; and behold the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha."

Those "horses and chariots of fire" were ships that were invisible except to those who were supposed to see them. Just so, our ships are also there with us, invisible except to those who are supposed to see them.

I now believe that one of the reasons I was given the experiences I had was so that I could make the connections today between what the Bible says about these things and what lies ahead for us in the evacuation.

I will have more to say about clouds and being taken up onto them in the next two pages of this article.
