THE SHAPE OF THE "OP"

On March 12, 2005 Jesus/Sananda stepped through the interdimensional portal inside this house and interacted with me and the woman who assists me. He communicated several things to us and gave me permission to use his symbol for the new Operation Terra logo. The symbol he showed me was a dark red Alpha symbol overlaid with a bright gold Omega symbol. I then was intuitively led to create the new logo, incorporating the gold omega symbol with the Earth, and placed it within the 12 portals that represent the "12 gates" to the 12 different future Earths that will emerge from this one shared reality.
The Omega symbol is the last letter of the Greek alphabet and represents the "ending" of this world and the gateway to the next "beginning" spoken of in the Messages. It seems the time has come to "go into action," and the energy has moved from the softer angelic tone of the earlier phase into the stronger energy of the "op" itself, all of which operates under the authority of the Council of 24 of the Great Central Sun of our galaxy.
On the morning of March 5, 2005, just before being given the new Message from the Hosts, I received a private communication from Lord Michael Andronicus of Sirius Star System, who is the liaison between the Council of 24 and the fleets of ships surrounding the planet for the "op." Here are the broad outlines he communicated to me for what is coming later this year and beyond, the overall shape of the next phases of the "op":
1) The lifting will proceed as a rollout process. Each person will be lifted out of 3D according to a sequence dictated by their true job and function within the "op." Once a person is lifted, they will undergo a process in which they will complete their transformation into full consciousness and have time to adapt and prepare for their full functioning within the overall "op."
2) The people in the "op" are described as follows:
The first wave is made up of the leadership for the "op," and those who will act as commanders and staff on the ships will go up first, followed by the administrative and ancillary support staff. There are probably 30-40 in this group -- certainly no more than 100 -- currently on the ground, but there are many more already standing by on the ships who will serve in this capacity also.
The second wave is made up of the people who will actually be on the ground to gather up the third wave, and they will be prepared for and assisted in their task by those of the first wave. Some of them are being guided to provide places for small numbers of people to gather together during the dark days ahead. They number in the many thousands.
The third wave is made up of people who have NO IDEA about any of this at this point in time, but will become receptive to going onto the ships through experiencing what happens between now and the evacuation. If you are aware of OT and feeling that you are going to be on the ground, that means you are either part of the second wave OR one of the special forces division. The third wave numbers in the millions of people.
The special forces division is made up of people who will remain in veiled consciousness but will work with and interface with those of the third wave in ways that help them to be open to receive the help that will come at the time of the evacuation. The special forces will remain on the ground until the evacuation and be lifted into the ships along with those of the third wave they have worked with. My estimate is that there are around 3,000 in this category.
3) This lifting will proceed continuously over time until the entire second wave has been removed from the ground (See the Message, "Building Bridges" for the Hosts' thoughts on this). When it is an individual's time to "go," a portal will appear and they must step through it without hesitation. Everyone in the first two waves will be transformed and prepared when the time comes to bring in the third wave.
4) The entire task force will be involved in gathering in the third wave at the end, and those of the second wave will be on the ground to do that, on an as-needed basis. None of the first two waves will be permanently stationed on the ground after they are lifted.
5) The gathering places set up by those of the second wave who are guided to do that will continue to function as "safe houses" during the intermediate phases of the "op," until all are on board the ships at the end. [This item is no longer operative, due to the "Change in Plans" on May 6, 2005.]
6) I will continue to provide my support and information functions throughout the entire time, from wherever I am at the time. I will have access to computers and the Internet, and be able to do what is needed within that interface. The Forums will be taken down at a certain point, because they primarily exist for those in the first two waves, but the OT site will remain up throughout this entire time, for as long as the Internet continues to function. 7) No public notice may be given about any of this when it actually occurs. I will not be able to tell you when anyone goes. This is a discipline and good training in LGLG (Let go, let God). While the headlines are filled with noise, we will silently slip out of sight without calling attention to ourselves in any way. If you feel you are in either the first or second waves, I suggest that you make prudent preparations for those you leave behind, in whatever form is appropriate. For example, since a will only goes into effect if a death certificate is issued, you might want to execute a special power of attorney that will only go into effect if you disappear and are not available to handle what remains of your personal affairs. Then put it in a safe place with a letter saying whatever it is you want to say to those you might leave behind. Finally, pick someone you can trust and who would know if you disappeared, give them a sealed envelope with instructions to your loved ones, and tell them to deliver the envelope in the event you disappear.

For those of you who have children or spouses you are leaving behind, or assets that need to be disposed of, you will have to contemplate how you want to deal with that.
This is something you do for YOUR peace of mind. Once you have done it, just go on with your life. That way, you have covered every possible outcome and can go back to living by the principle, LGLG. This is really no different than "getting your affairs in order" and then going on with your life.
Remember that I am not the "leader," but the tuning fork carrier. Lord Michael Andronicus is the liaison between the various galactic fleets involved in the "op" and the wishes of the Council of 24. He directs the efforts of the fleet commanders, who in turn direct the efforts of the ships and staff under their command. The Ashtar Command is ONE of those fleets. It sources from within this solar system. There are also other fleets, and our people will be involved with many of them.
If we can remember that It's All God, and these are all just roles in a drama that serves the Creator in Its desire to experience everything, then we can use these terms without getting too caught up in "who's who in the zoo." Form follows function. Most of us are well-kept secrets, so very few of us in leadership roles look like our next versions will look. We are under "deep cover," so much so that we have trouble believing who we really are. But just as this "bag of skin" is not who I REALLY am, neither is my next "costume" or yours. As we get further into the details of the "op," it's wise to remember that we are all totally equal with each other, and have come here for a common purpose.
Everyone will end up in the "right place," at the right time and in the right way. Everyone will be fulfilling the purpose for which their Oversoul created them. There is really ONLY the Creator, so all of the rest of this is simply a movie in which we each are one of the characters. All of the characters are necessary to the telling of the full story; no character is either more or less important within the context of the whole. All of the "jobs" need to be filled and each person will find themselves in the perfect job for themselves.
